Soil Education Programme is completed by Center for the Promotion of Science of Serbia. This program has been developed based on the Horizon Europe project LOESS - Literacy boost through an Operational Educational Ecosystem of Societal actors on Soil health, using inquiry-based and problem-based learning approaches, and integrating STEM education with digital competence, including the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for mapping soil properties. This achievement aims to analyse and provide an overview of the current level of soil-related knowledge at different educational levels across Europe, while developing at the same time innovative teaching programmes and resources, including the novel Atlas of Soil Education.
